Free UK delivery on orders over £50.

£3.95 UK delivery for orders under £50.

We aim for packages to be delivered within 2-3 business days.

On rare occasions, deliveries can be late due to events outside of our control. Most delayed packages are delivered the following day (except Sundays or bank holidays).

Occasionally, difficult-to-access places can impact delivery services.

We currently don't deliver to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or the Isle of Man but we hope to do so in the near future!

The courier will usually:

- Leave a delivery card to inform you of the missed delivery

- Try to deliver again the next working day (or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to reschedule another delivery date)

- Leave with a neighbour and indicate on the delivery card.

If your delivery date (provided by Royal Mail) has passed, please use the "Chat With Us" feature at the bottom right of the page and we will get back as to you as soon as we can. 

No, your parcel will be tracked but a signature isn’t required.

We use Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery for our products.
